How to turn up volume when streaming with Oticon Opn S 1

Can anyone help me figure it out. I have Oticon Open S1 and having trouble hearing when streaming via Bluetooth on iPad and iPhone . I’ve tried turning the microphone up and down but doesn’t help. Even going to the “speech in Noise” setting but doesn’t help either. Thanks.

Have you turned up the volume on the iPhone or iPad. If that doesn’t help go to your Audiologist and get the settings changed in the aids using the Gene software.

There’s a setting to increase the volume in the Genie2 software as Chuck mentioned. That or they can also adjust the brightness and ambient mic settings. This would have to be done by your Audi in the software though.

Trying to turn the hearing aids’ mics up and down only changes the volume of the environmental sounds around you, but it does not change the streaming volume.

If you’re connecting to the iPhone or iPad, you should try to use the iPhone’s or iPad’s volume button to control the streaming volume like Chuck mentioned. If already did to max volume and it’s still not loud enough for you, have your up the volume setting in the internal phone volume setting for you on the Oticon Genie 2 program.
