I have a pair of oticon jet 1 bte hearing aids cant be found by noahlink wireless 1 in genie 2

im new to all of this so i assume it must be something simple. i have a pair of oticon jet 1 bte hearing aids and i recently purchased a noahlink wireless 1 to reprogram them with i have a copy of genie 2 and the drivers are installed for the noahlink. genie 2 can see the noahlink and connects fine but they cannot discover my hearing aids no matter what ive tried

Have you read the guides? it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

Ensure that your aids are disconnected from all Bluetooth devices and that they are in pairing mode (off and on again). The distance between the Noahlink and the aids must be as short as possible ).

If you have already done this, can you share the “I have tried everything “ steps? That info is needed for troubleshooting .

Yeah as mentioned the pairing mode part is important, this is probably the most likely issue your having, you only get a couple of minutes to do this once you’ve entered pairing mode.

i have tried multiple times i have disabled the Bluetooth on my phone and restarted my hearing aids into pairing mode with no luck. during the 3-minute window i have tried searching for them multiple times and i have tried multiple distances away

Ok so did you make up your client and enter your audogram and then click connect, mate it’s just so easy to connect, just because the Noahlink wireless led light up the first time that just confirms you have power to the Noahlink, do the LEDs flash while searching for your , have you confirmed you have set the Noahlink wireless as the default programming device, no connection until you get the basics right.

@Jamie123 , What version of Genie 2 have you installed ? 2025.1. , 2025.2. or latest 2026.1 ?

What version of Oticon Jet do you have? Oticon Jet (generation 2022) or Oticon Jet PX (generation 2025)

Oticon Jet gen. 2022 is based on “Velox” Plattform , like Opn and Siya, with the same technologies like “Multiband Adaptive Directionality LX”, “Noise Reduction LX”, “Speech Rescue LX” und “Feedback Shield LX” → no / Ai

It seems that the Oticon Jet (2022) is a rebadged Oticon Siya (2018)

Oticon Jet PX 2025 is based on Polaris platform found in Oticon More, Jet PX introduces -driven features—including a built-in Deep Neural Network (DNN).

You could try an older Version of Oticon Genie 2 , like version 2022.2 for programming Oticon Jet

Try to uninstalling and reinstalling Genie 2, and select the China market during the installation process.
