I just bought a Bernafon VNA5 B 85, but I cannot program it using OASISnxt. Is there a special program or a specific code required for this device? Please help me.

Hello Tenkan, could you provide me with a version of the OasisNxt program from before 2026? It isn’t possible to directly install (update) from the 202x version to 2026, and if I install OasisNxt 2026, only a few of the latest types—starting from ALPHA 3—are displayed.

Hi there, you should be able to use bernafon Updater, but yeah I’m not sure of the exact version but would think 2024?

EnglandYou may be aware that Oasis installer can install two versions of Oasis fitting software. Oasis for legacy aids and Oasis NXT for modern aids. Screenshot attached of the Bernafon folder expanded in my Startup menu also shows the Bernafon Updater. Also attached are the startup screens for the different versions. Which you use depends on whether your aids are classed as “modern” or “legacy” aids. HTH.
