Welcome to the forum, posting your audogram could help everyone, but I’d go for “floor noise” to start with.

Try disconnecting the Phonak Bluetooth connection. This used to happen to me anytime there was a sound coming from my phone.

I did that and it worked. Cannot answer calls or get text notifications without Bluetooth, but that is no big deal. Thank you.

I have the sonrite R, and I also get a little tiny bit of white noise just before and after I get an email or a text notification . The interruption only less than a second, Then the hearing aids go back to normal.

I’ve had mine for about two months. I have tinnitus so I would likely not notice except I know if the restaurant program is in effect I hear more ambient noise. Are you on the automatic program or some other program? Try each program and see if you are still hearing it.

I changed mine to Noise Reduction in my Easyline app and it muted the static but still allows bluetooth connectivity.
