Hi guys, I need genie 2023 or newest version I have 2021 version but didn’t work on my computer (windows 11) anyone can help me download the program ?

Hi,

I am looking for the latest Oticon Genie 2 software.

I use Oticon Real 1 hearing aids and am setting up a new Windows 11 computer. Unfortunately, I no longer have the installer.

Could anyone help me find the latest version?

I can load the guide no trouble but can’t get the software for the genie two to come up. Got a download but can’t get it to work when. Or after I download it. I’m admitting computer ignorance but. The other programs u helped me with like the guide. No problem. I know this is your time and understanding if u say the heck with it. Anyway I thank u for your help and will keep hitting it. Hi Bill, yeah I can’t think of any action why you can’t install, I’d try another download and see how that goes, it’s .exe file that you use if it doesn’t automatically ask to install, cheers

Hi there @einstein_1970 great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and yes you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device.
