Have been using i90 sphere from 15 days but still not satisfied
Speech is still unclear. My audiologist did frequency test at 6 types of frequency and then later on did in 9 types . Which one is better
What can be done to improve situation
And what type of loss i have ? Any suggestions for dome

You have to be proactive and explain to your audiologist what you are hearing and what you are unable to understand. My personal opinion is that you need custom ear molds. I have the Spheres and they are the best hearing aids I have ever had. I have worn 10 set of aids in 21 years and the Spheres are the best I have ever had. Are they perfect, no but the best so far. There is a worlds of differences in custom ear molds than domes. Personally I cannot stand domes.

Phonak’s new easyguard domes3 are superior for ease of use and wax management but custom moulds can give better acoustic performance. For very waxy ears sometimes having a solution where wax cannot block the sound outlet leads to more consistent performance.

I will stick with my custom ear molds. Domes even power domes allow sound to leak in and out. This is most specifically true in extremely noisy environments, where Spheres shine.
