Thanks to those who provided links to download Phonak Target. I successfully installed it on my laptop, but have run into another roadblock. I have an iCube ii that I have previously used successfully (albeit about 2 years ago and before my hard drive crash) to program my Audeo B90-R’s. I charged it up overnight and attempted to connect this morning. Target finds the iCubeii dongle, but won’t find the icube. I tried a cable connection without luck as well. The iCube never goes to the rapid blinking 3 light stage. When I press for pairing, the right light (left ear light) blinks once quickly and then after a bit all 3 lights come on solid for a couple of seconds, then leaves me with a solid middle light and no connection. Setup tells me I need to update the firmware from 4.59 to 4.72, but when I try to do that, it aborts due to “Accessory Communication problems” . It is able to read the SN of the icube correctly, but gets no further. Any suggestions?
