Hello,
Does anyone have experience with how well (or not) the newest Jabra ’s handle impulse noises?
In general, they look like they could work for me, but I can’t find much specifically on impulse noise handling. (I spoke with their support staff, and they mostly just tried to sell me without providing any actually useful information).
I work in an environment where I need a high level of situational awareness, but there are occasional impulse noises that I don’t want to over-amplify (eg the crack of a pipe falling on a warehouse floor).
Or, please share if you have a recommendation for HA’s that are particularly good at filtering out impulse noises. I’m hoping to go with either a telehealth or Costco option.
Also, has anyone tried to self-program the Select 500’s? From reading this forum, I understand the previous Jabra options were not self-programmable, but according to this Youtube video3, the Select 500’s are using the ‘same base chip’ and much the same architecture as the Pro 20’s from Costco.
Thanks!
