I’m new to programming hearing aids. I have a pair of Starkey Livio Edge 2400 that I need to fix the fitting on. My understanding is I need Inspire and PatientBase. I run Windows 11 via Parallels on a MacBook Pro. I tried some download and install links, but the Inspire and part of the PatientBase install both failed, so I’m stuck there. (I’m not at all sure I found the correct versions.)
Does anyone have install links for the correct programs for this setup? Tips and advice are also welcome. (I do know about DIY School Hearing Aids 2.2.)
