Hi guys! I am using Oticon Own (model with 312 batteries, not rechargeable) and I am pretty happy with them. Now I am inclined to buy drier/dehumidifer which could help these last longer by removing moisture, and I found Perfect Dry Lux is widely recommended online.
Still, I am confused by few things. I found the PDL operates on 40-45 degrees (Celsius), but I saw somewhere Oticon recommends 40 degrees as max temperature for their HAs. I am wondering whether this is actually true and, therefore, whether it makes sense to buy PDL if it could potentially damage my hearing aids. On the other hand, maybe the info I found is not accurate.
Is there any consensus on this? Is PDL safe to use with these hearing aids, or would it be better to avoid buying it?
