So, my starkey cic shell compleyely cracked in two inside my ear. I made mustake or sleeping on a bit last night- son has hand/foot/mouth while on vacation. I got surgical tape holding it together, it amazingly works and charges. Hearing aid only 2 years old. 750 for loss and damage. Would yhis be considered that or repair? Mind leaning my head on a pillow i really didnt do anything out of ordinary for it to crack. 4th starkey in last 15 years

Generally, I believe that is a very inexpensive repair. The shells pop open in two parts. May still be able to be snapped back together. Maybe the parts are looser than normal. Probably take a few weeks round trip. They may just replace the guts while they are doing it.
