I am blind and BBB website is hard to figure out. I tried calling BBB but they did not return my call.

I just ordered Oticon hearing aids from them a few days ago. I probably will be receiving them in a 10 to 15 days. So far, they have been very prompt and courteous in answering my questions. I’ll update this after I receive my hearing aids and see how it goes.

One more thing… I checked with and was told that Wholesale Direct has a very good rating and is not a scam, but I should keep in mind that they have only been in business for a year. Again, after I receive the hearing aids I ordered, I will update this.

Thanks for the info and promise of future updates.
Did they give you a good price?
Two friends looked this company up on BBB for a blind guy like me and it is for real and it gets good ratings.
When I talked with a Wholesale Direct rep, he was patient and knowledgeable.
He quoted a very good price for a pair of Phonak Lumity (L90) Naida UP hearing aids.
Like 50% off in comparison to my audiologist.
I let him know my older Phonak P90 hearing aids are programmed exactly the way I like and I also had an extra set of new earmolds.
All I needed to do was send in a recent and another bit of info and they could program the new aids.
The new aids would sound very close to the old ones.
The rep did not pressure me to by anything.
I don’t need new aids just yet , but this looks like where I might buy next.

I replied to your message yesterday, but was notified today that it didn’t go through. Sorry… I will try again.
I paid $3,148 for the Oticon Intent 1 miniRITE, which is a lot less than Zip Hearing and other online hearing aid sites. There is a seller on EBay who is selling the same Oticon hearing aids for $2,237, however, this seller does not accept returns. Also, they would need to be programmed which would cost another $200-300. Wholesale is giving a nice warranty and I believe endless reprogramming so it is worth spending more and getting them from Wholesale Direct.
I don’t know why thr Phonak Infinio 90 Sphere are not working for me since they get good reviews. I only have them around 18 months… the clarity is just not there for me.
Again, after I get the Oticon’s and wear them a while, I will give an update.

Aiby:
They say the prices are very low IN comparison to what a normal audiologist charges
Thanks for the info. I am looking for new aids now, and am interested in the lowest prices, so I wanted to check on the statement to see if I could do some comparing. Here’s what I found:
For the Phonak Audeo Infinio I(90);
WholesaleHearing ——> $1333
BuyHearingAid———→ $1225
InjoyHearing———> $1749

It's been a few months, how are the new hearing aids working out for you? Are you happy with ordering from Wholesale Direct?
