ISO Widex programming pill adapater

I’m looking to buy a pair of these hearing aid programming adapters: Widex SV ITE Programming Pills 40122100GY Hi-Pro | eBay13

(Same as this schematic: widex ITE adapter.pdf )

That seller is currently ‘out of stock’. I’ve already checked with Widex and Starkey all-make lab, neither of which are able to supply the part.

Anyone have a pair they would be willing to sell? If not, any suggestions on where to find a supplier?
