Issues: RIC wire and ear mold

I recently got Oticon intent with custom silicone ear molds. I’ve already had to take them back to the audiologist once due to the receiver coming completely out of the mold after about 30 min of wearing them in hot environments. It will not stay in the mold until they are back in cool temperatures. I have no issues in air conditioning or cooler temps. The mold stays in my ear but the receiver slowly slips out and the entire devices falls completely off my ear. The audiologist pushed it in further and thought that would fix it hours later back in the same boat. I don’t know what to do could it be a mold issue?! Any advice? I already have a message into my audiologist but she’s currently on vacation.
