Is there a way to adjust the pull wires and have it stick (have /)? My audiologist adjusted but then it just reverts itself back in a few days. Have had it remade a few times but they can’t seem to put the wire back to a normal location.
The last few aids, the pull wires touch my ear and causing it to hurt, move in my ear, and have horrible feedback. Just got another remake and it’s once again touching and hurting my ear. The 6 or so aids prior, there was never an issue with the pull wire. Yes, been through like 10 aids in 2yrs+ because of one issue other (argh!).
