Hello! I just switched from the 20s to the 30s. I’m experiencing difficulties with many of my phone calls through . The volume is so low that I can barely hear the person talking. The volume is completely up. I have tried turning up different kinds of volumes (system, notification, video, general sound with no luck). I have the Samsung 23. Streaming videos are completely fine (in fact I have to turn them down). I’ve looked in my App setting and my Bluetooth settings and can’t find a reason for it.
There was NO problem like this with the 20s. I’ve disconnected and reconnected, I’ve unpaired and re-paired the connection. The person on the other end can hear me fine. When I take it off of BT, I can hear the person fine which is leading me to believe uts something in a program setting somewhere.
The audiologist just switched my profile from the 20s to the 30s so im wondering if there’s a BT swtting somewhere in the programming that they need to adjust.
Any additiinal suggestions?
