Update here! Since this post I have several times just dropped the aids into the charging cradle, not paying close attention to the (stiff) wire to the receiver. The next morning the would be dead, not charged. I now pay careful attention to be sure the wire to the receiver doesn’t catch on the case and prevent the HA from going all the way down into the charging cradle. If it doesn’t, it won’t charge my Jabra HAs. Just a head’s up!
