I have Jabra Enhance Pro 20 hearing aids coupled to a Samsung Galaxy S25+. The aids have M&. When I make or receive phone calls, the person I call frequently complains that my voice sounds very distant, like I am in a tunnel. I suspect the issue is that the microphones in the ear canal don’t pick up my voice very well. If I switch to “hear in noise” rather than “all-around”, which uses the external microphones on the aids, others report my voice sounds more normal, but I usually have the aids in all-around when a call arrives. I don’t normally take advantage of hands-free, that is I have the phone in my hand to connect the call. I would like to be able to use the microphone on the phone, but still receive the caller’s voice via the aids, but I can’t find a way to set this up in either the Jabra app or in the accessibility settings for the phone. I also couldn’t find any guidance on the internet. Can anyone help?.
Thanks,
Frank
