Jabra Enhance Pro / Android call pickup settings?

The Jabra aids appear to be set up by default to vector phone calls to the aids, or so I thought.
Turns out IPhone users have a option under their phone settings to select call audio to one of these:
Always Hearing Devices
Never Hearing Devices
Automatic
I’m trying to set my Galaxy S20 5G/Jabra Enhance Pro app to direct calls to the phone, or to the car audio via Bluetooth or Android Auto… because having to grab the phone to use ITS microphone is ridiculous, and potentially dangerous. I’d rather have calls go to the car system, or to the phone itself when not in the car.
Any Android users figured out how to set this up?
To state the obvious, if the Jabra aids used the M& mic for phone calls the problem would not exist. Bot no, they don’t.

I trialed these for a few weeks, and this was one of the problems I ran into. I have an S21, so similar to your S20, and also run Android Auto all the time. It seemed that no matter what I did, calls coming into the car went to the Hearing Aids first. I’d then have to redirect to the car either with options on the phone itself, or on the Android Auto screen. Neither of these were acceptable, and as you point out, potentially hazardous.

It is possible there is some combination of settings to change this default behavior, but I didn’t keep them long enough to figure it out. I also had problems with streaming in general (calls, music, podcats, etc.) where the sound would fluctuate between being heard centrally (as it should), or separately in each ear.

I suspect a firmware update would eventually address this, but between these problems, and poor connectivity in general for streaming (I couldn’t leave my phone in a pocket and maintain connection with the opposite aid when gong on a walk), I returned them. I went with the KS10, and the streaming for me, with my phone, is dramatically better. The sound itself is much more bass rich than with the Jabra’s, much more natural sounding.

It seems iPhone users have much fewer problems, and better performance, but as an Android guy, that’s just not an option.
