It took Costco about 5 visits, four techs, over a couple of months to determine that producing low volume was caused by mic issue. I am not complaining and all five were a pleasure to work with. It got so bad that I stopped wearing the aids. A new double mic design was installed by Costco tech to fix the problem.
This issue may have significantly affected HA function about six months or less after they were purchased. The newly certified tech said to have mic filter replaced every six months.
Wearing hats, sunglasses and sunscreen likely makes this happen sooner. Sunscreen and lotion is applied with hearing aids off. I normally wait at least 30 minutes after a shower to put aids in.

Have others with Jabra Pro20 had issues and then success after using a vacuum like Jodi?
-
Have others had longer life with the two mic HA body cap? ADDED LATER: THIS MAYBE MY CONFUSION AND THE BODY ALWAYS HAD TO MIC PORTS.
