On my right hearing aid I can hear the beeps when I push the volume button. If I rub my finger on the top I can hear the scratching. But I cannot hear voices. What would cause that? Is the speaker gone bad?

It sounds like you may have a bad receiver or maybe just need to have the replaced. I would check with Costco. I just looked at my old KS7 but I had earmolds and am not sure what wax filter they used. Costco should have the filters or tell you what was used. If I remember correctly, the KS7 was a Rexton model.

I replaced the dome and . I could see there was no wax in the speaker. And that’s why I am puzzled. I can hear the beeps but sound like say from someone else I can’t.

I would think the next thing to check is the receiver. That should be replaced by Costco for free if they still have them.

This is a Kirkland Signature 7 hearing aid. According to online sources it is manufactured by WSA and is like a Siemens Signia 7px or Rexton 80. I found a place that will sell me one (receiver)
