Looking for Philips HearSuite software download (latest version)

tried the shut down like you recomended...made no difference. same result

Well its hard to say what's happening, doesn't make sense?just keep trying (Oticon Genie2 has this issue of not updating straight away for some, but comes right after quite a few tries) no one else is having issues with Hearsuite as far as I know, you do have your antivirus protection turned off right and your internet connection is all good.

So…is there no way to just download the latest version?

@tenkan I am sorry but i have tried everything i know how to do. We have high speed fiber internet. I restarted my computer. I turned my firewall off. Nothing seems to help. I don’t know if possibly it has been too long since Hearsuite updated or if there was some error in the original install. I guess i am just up a creek now for DIY unless there is some other way to get the most recent version.
