I have some Philips 9030s I've had for a few years, and I want to adjust them myself. Getting to Costo is difficult for me because of mobility problems, parking, and walking.
I've read numerous posts about needing some hardware and software to adjust the hearing aids. I've already found where to get the hardware, but I could use help getting or finding where to get the Philip's software to adjust my hearing aids.
I've been a musician for over 50 years, so I think I understand a lot about adjusting EQs, sound effects, and sound processors. Watching the Costco technician adjust them in the past didn't look so complicated.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
