Molding tip for Minifit

Good morning
After several unsuccessful searches I ask for your help.
I am looking for a place on the internet to get the blue and red rubber adapters that allow the fixing of the Minirfit adapters. If anyone knows a link to get them for me, that would be greatly appreciated.

THANKS
