Morse Code From Hearing Aids?

An interesting thing happened yesterday a few times and again today. In the right ear, I heard distinctive Morse Code sounding clicks for several minutes. Later, it was the left ear. Then, a few hours later, the right ear again.

Today it happened again in the right & left ears- hours apart. No bluetooth items were nearby. Once was in the house and the others were out in the world.

Have any of you experienced this and have you an idea of what is the cause?

Not concerned, just curious.
