Music streaming with open domes using Widex Moment

Hi, i have widex moment 440 312 D with open ear-tips.
I use android phone so i must use com-dex for streaming.
Music sounds very bad, no bass at all,
Is there a way to improve audio quality? Do I need to change the domes to something else?
Com-dex is mono only?

To get significant bass you have to seal the output into the ear cavity. Low frequencies leak out. Before I got earmolds with Marvel, I used open domes with earlier Phonaks. No bass. I greatly increased the bass by stuffing a finger in the ear to seal it, then started stuffing cotton in over the domes when I wanted bass.
