North CarolinaGot these new aids in November and I am very pleased. I had only one incident - lost the Blue Tooth Connection. After talking with Tech Support, it was caused by an update to my iphone. After re-discovering the devices all has been fine. I also got ear molds. I like these better than the domes. With the domes my ears would be itchy and flakey. Very annoying. Aids were purchased thru BCBS and Tru-Hearing. So far, I am a happy camper.
