Laconia, NHJust a quick note. If anyone is having problems with their MyPhonak app and you are using a VPN, consider disabling it and see if it helps.
I was having trouble with the Find My feature in my Apple iPhone. Friends could not see my location when I shared it with them. After working with Apple support it turned out to be because of the Microsoft Defender VPN that I use. I partially disabled the feature on my phone.
The effect has been quite amazing. Absolutely everything on the phone is many times faster. Dictation is faster, scrolling is faster, loading apps is faster, and the myPhonak app seems much faster.
