When using my Iphone11 for phone calls with MyPhonak hearing aids, the microphone wirks on speakerphone and works when I hold the phone to my ear. The microphone does not work when I use the hearing aid through Bluetooth…

I’m not sure if this is what you are asking but when using Bluetooth to connect to your smart phone for telephone calls (last three or four generations of Phonak hearing aids) the microphone in your hearing aids are the microphones used to capture your voice for the calls, not the microphone in the phone.
