I’m proposing a new rating system for hearing aid batteries.
I’m finally out of my old Duracell batteries that I bought in bulk. I got Rayovac this time around. But now everything is being packaged in child-resistant/adult-poof packaging.
Last night I managed to find an empty Duracell old-style packaging case, and then re–packaged Rayovacs into it. I use trauma shears to cut open the plastic casing on the Rayovacs and now have sharp shards of that stuff still littering everywhere. I didn’t break down and try opening it with my teeth, but even with those shears it took way too long.
So, I want a new rating system on ease of access to batteries.
So far, with a sample size of one, Rayovac is in last place. Zero stars.
