My experience with the Costco fitters was hit or miss. I tried two different fitters at the same location and they could not get my own voice crackling sound fixed. I also had a problem with Bluetooth audio that was unbalanced volume, they got it very close but not right. My Costco fitters always default to the manufacturer’s fitting rational. I asked about nal-2 and she switched it to that in the software. The sound with nal-2 was harsh and very tinny ,not natural sounding they switched back to the rexton / signia rationale and that was much better. I decided to keep them and go with self fitting. I was able to not only fix my issues l was able to tweak to them to my exact preference. The way I was able to fix everything was to tell the software refit the hearing aid using the exact same audio graph and re do the fine adjustment using the software fitting assistant that walks you the tweaking process . Now I really enjoy wearing my aids. I have the Rexton bi core rechargeable. The Costco fitters swayed me away from the KS 10 cause they had a lot of feedback and complaints that they are very tinny and harsh sounding
