Happy New year all. In need of some help, I had to get a new laptop today with windows 11 and all the modern jazz. My question is you guys helped me get my Phonak software up and going and my Phillips hearsuite. Question 1. can i transfer that software to my new laptop, and question 2. if not do i have to start over? If i have to start over can someone help locate both software’s again?

You could try use export/import features,or you could also just install new versions of software and then just connect and copy your settings directly from your to the software.

Is there any software to install on windows? I don’t think so from the Phonak perspective. It should just be a normal pairing of your BT master (typically the right one) with the windows os. Shut off BT on the other device(s) the HAs are paired with, restart the BT master, and pair it up in windows BT control.
I can’t speak for the Phillips side of things. Much will depend on the capabilities of both ends, are we looking at an linkup, or LE audio? Either side’s deficiency may limit it.
