New NHS user seeking advice

I’ve googled it and Phonak do have CROS aids for infinio but not sphere. Infinio ultra are available from Costco, under the name of Sennheiser Sonnet rise, without the tinnitus masking facility for £1329. Unfortunately Costco don’t do the CROS versions of any HA’s, so thats no good to me. I shall carry on searching!

Hi I have nhs cros aids and i use to have a lot of trouble when i wore the phonak cros i was backwards and forwards from the audiologist about 4 to 5 times in a year if not more. I now have oticon cros aid with the oticon optim pp bte hearing aid for my other ear (recent change from the oticon bte ) I find that wearing them a bit everyday has helped me more than just using them when needed as i found that i could identify any issues more easily and therefore tackle them with ease try looking into other cros options maybe try trialing different brands if you are thinking of buying and see what works best for you as i took a very long time to find out that phonak wasn't right for me

Thank you for responding. I have an appointmenri next monday with Boots Hearing centres to have a trial with better aids. I'll see what comes of that. Speech in noise is my issue. I only need the aids in a pub/restaurant or other crowded venues but the phonak ones don't seem to be any different with speech in noise activated! I've been wearing them regularly for some time now.

I've done further reseach and Costco do cros aids on a sonnet brand I think for around £1395 so thats a possibility too
