Denver, Colorado, USAGot my new (and first-ever) hearing aids yesterday at Costco. These are the Sennheiser Sonite R hearing aids made by Phonak. The hearing aids seem to be working well. They connect to my iPhone immediately which is great. However, the Easy Line app won’t connect, even though it worked fine yesterday.
Any tips from all you experienced users? Thanks!

I eventually did get the app to connect. I had to “forget” my hearing aids in the app and go through the setup process again. One thing I did differently was choose “Stay connected” in the Connection Management setting so I don’t have to reconnect every time I open the app. So maybe it will continue to work.
We’ll see if I have to repeat this entire process tomorrow.
