Newly reprogrammed Oticon More making “shh” sound

Hello! My Audi reprogrammed my Oticon Mores to my recent loss and they now make an odd “chh” or “shh” sound. For example, shelf sounds like shhhelf and it also distorts the clarity of the word. Any advice would be welcome!

You need to go back to you audiologist and explain your issues.

I agree. If it wasn’t like that before you saw the audiologist and it’s like that after you saw the audiologist that pretty much narrows it down

Maybe you must recalibrate feedback suppressor or turn off SpeechRescue (high frequencies shifter) in Genie 2 software ( or in Audi office)
