Noahlink Wireless / Connexx 9.5.5.248 connection help

Hi there

I have Noah Wireless connected to my PC, driver was installed. It shows up in my Device Manager via Windows (HIMSA ==> NoahlinkWireless).

Running Firmware update, it detected the Noahlink fine and that it is up to date (2.19).

I have loaded Connexx 9.5.5.248, tried to connect but it could not detect Noah device.

It is set to Noahlink Wireless.

When I plug it in, it powers on with green lights, then green lights turns off about 2-3 seconds later.

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.

This is correct, it’s working as it should.
When you connect your it’ll flash 2 or 3 times and stay on while programming.

Have you tried connecting your HAs to confirm?

Thanks for confirming. I had expected some kind of notification or such that the NoahWireless is connected and “listening”.

Have now tried the to connect, and it worked fine. Many thanks
