Noahlink wireless

You don’t register with TeleCare. Your local Audi who sold you the $6000+ hearing aids registers with TeleCare. Then when you ask for adjustments to your hearing aid programming your Audi can setup the changes using Connexx and automatically sync the changes with the TeleCare portal. You can even do it with Skype-like video conferencing with your Audi.

Your chances of getting remote adjustments are remote (get the pun?) unless you have paid big bucks in order to subsidize the effort required of your Audi to setup TeleCare.

For curiosity I went through the registration process and ended up with this:

Account Requested

Thank you for your request.
We will check your credentials and unlock your account soon. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your account is ready to use.

I used a real anonymous email address to see what I get after the initial email they sent that said much the same.

I doubt I’ll get anything useful.

It would be pretty slick though to be able to make adjustments via the phone after initial setup.

Edit: As expected…Signia said no. Of course for all I know they’re monitoring here or someone said something.

Does anyone know if the Noahlink Wireless can do firmware upgrades? In my case I have Oticon Opns with a FittingLink programmer, however, the Genie 2 programming software typically requires a wired connection for firmware updates.

No, you need a wired programming device link.

Yip - I’ve done that - Detect and Select. Still no connection.
For reference: I bought my OPNs in Japan and they were programmed with the FittingLink. Not sure about the file format transfer between PC and HAs, but mine have been programmed in Japanese. Can it be a language problem?
I went to the audi, and it connect fine on her PC

I started a new thread for this;
Noahlink Wireless not connecting to Oticon Opns.

Look online, there is a guy from Korea selling them, I bought one and am expecting it to arrive these days

Жаль конечно
Это означяет что
другим любым программатором
проводным или безпроводным
я не смогу настроить свои APN?
Придется продать NoahLink Wireless
Спасибо за внимание

Это моя догадка. Есть шесть крупных производителей - Oticon, Phonak, Reound, Sivantos / Siemens, Widex и Starkey. Я не знаю, кто изготовил ваш APN?

That is my guess. There are six big manufacturers - Oticon, Phonak, Resound, Sivantos/Siemens, Widex and Starkey. I don’t know who manufactred your APN?

Возможно, обновление прошивки до версии v5 с использованием Hi-Pro и кабелей, поскольку обновления прошивки Oticon Opn не могут выполняться беспроводным способом.

It is possible to upgrade the firmware to version v5 using Hi-Pro and cables, since Oticon Opn firmware updates can not be performed wirelessly.

Link.

My audi has updated the firmware with a cable to 5.0
