Hi - I’ve been told I have to work out of our main office for 1 day each week now. I’m finding this very difficult as I have bilateral hearing aids and use a bone conductor headset with attached microphone to take calls.
Ordinarily as I work from home or in quieter hotdesk environments, I manage well as there is very little background noise. However, in this noisier environment, I struggle to hear callers - even with my hearing aids (Phonak Audeo P90’s) set to restaurant mode which blocks out background noise.
Does anyone else have this problem & can you advise how you deal with it? The thought of having hearing aids, bone conductors and headphones seems a bit too much really. Any suggestions please? Thanks
