Εnvironmental noise during phone call with phonak ultra sphere i90

Hello!

When I talk on the phone using bluetooth with pair of phonak ultra sphere i90, the persons I am talking to, complain that they can hear a lot of background noise(passing cars, enviroment noice, etc), which means it’s hard for them to hear me properly during the call.

Is there any setting to reduce ambient noise, such as active noise cancellation, for example?
Since I have the Phonak Target and can adjust the settings myself, is there anything I can do?

I am new to the Spheres and have been informed of the same problem. It is especially problematic when compared to the excellent Android Clear Calling phone setting.
