Oasis NXT 2025.1 - unable to check for firmware on Encanta 400?

I have Oasis NXT (2025.1) installed, and I’m trying to see if there any updates for the Bernafon Encanto 400.

I have a Noahlink Wireless 2, and I can seem to detect the hearing aids - however, for some reason, when I go to “Tools”, “Instrument Updater” is greyed out (but Accessory Updater is available), whereas previously I could have sworn it was available.

Does anybody know why this might be?

Also - is it just me, or is Oasis NXT really…glitchy? I’m on Windows 11, and the app keeps freezing or glitching out recently. Not sure if there’s some trick here to get it to be less laggy, or more stable?

(I did also try the Bernafon Updater - it said there’s no updates available. The Encanta 400 should currently be on firmware 1.2.1).
