i just got upgraded to the phonak audeo P90 R set of hearing aids. so far great quality sound and i especially like the phone link tech. however, the tv connector that also came with my upgrade does not work… i’ve nearly reached hearing tracker senior commander, just by reading all the threads on here about this very problem. i have no power button or volume controls on this small flat black device. i plugged it into my digital audio plug and usb power plug on my tv… green light came on a no sound. nothing i’ve tried everything to make it work… when i hold the chain button down it just stays green and repeatedly makes that dingling sound in my hearing aids… the red light from the digital port is steady not blinking… i’ve logged almost a full day trying to sus this out… my phone will often loose the wifi connection when out in the garage where the tv is… does the phonak tv connector require wifi to work? would it be better to just ask for a different phonak tv connector?
