I haven’t come across one myself, but target is very easy to use, what exactly are you having a problem with, lots of people doing on their Phonak models here on the forum, I take it you have read the step by step guide, it’s basic but it’ll get you up and running.
Target does have a built-in “helper” for making auto adjustments tho.
Just ask what issue your having, I’m sure someone could help.

Go to audiologyonline.com9 and create an account for free and this is the kind of info avaliable.
Courses (failure) - Not found6
there are many, many more courses on many different aspects of setting up aids.
Your welcome
Edit #1 not sure why it didn’t list the course but clicking on “Courses (failure)-not found)”
above will take you to a course on programing with Target.

Thank you. I did find a video on Target 8.02- “Welcome to Target” that may be what I missed the last “flurry” of trying to program my Paradise aids.
The difficulty I had (have) with the Audiology Online classes is that all courses assume one is already a audiology technician. All courses are “Intermediate” or more advanced.
I’m going to watch the “Welcome to Target” again, then connect to Target with my hearing aids, erase my last programing, and start again.

Craig

There’s a better way, why not ask us the forum members who are doing projects, plenty of us here to help you along, what are you trying to figure out, just ask, target is pretty easy to use so I’m sure you can do it.

Yes, you are right. I will ask when I dive into programming.
Basics are:: I bought a set of Phonak Paradise 90’s from Dr. George in Corfu. (Sent ).
I had feedback “whistle” problems with them (close domes), so did an online contact adjustment with Dr. George.
He said feedback was one of two problems the 4G internet cannot handle. He then dropped the treble (I think), and the feedback disappeared. However, the Paradise aids should be, at least, as good as my Costco KS 10s, and they are not. Not as robust, they seem quieter, more muted. I use them as my spares. I feel they are not set at their maximum potential.

I had feedback “whistle” problems
Yes this a common problem for most severe and profound losses, the common reason is poorly fit domes or molds, so to reduce this to a minimum you have to have a nice tight fit, custom molds are much better in this regard, plus they make it very easy to place and remove,
He said feedback was one of two problems the 4G internet cannot handle. He then dropped the treble (I think), and the feedback disappeared.
Yes remote support can’t do everything, so what he did was an incorrect way to address this problem, you now don’t have the required gains for your loss, but he was stuck between a rock and a hard place with just remote adjustments.
So since you have target and a Noahlink you may as well start a project, I’ll send you a PM to get you started if you want.
