Oticon CROS PX efficiency with Oticon Intent 1

Hello, I’m going in few months to buy Oticon Intent 1 and move from Opn 1 for not deaf side.
Recently I found out that there is system that can be used for deaf side to transmit sound to not deaf side . I consider to try it, but I’m a little worry cuz CROS is seems older than Intent.
Does they work efficiently together in sense of noise reduction in noise environment (e.g. restaurant, cafe and etc.), won’t CROS PX mess with Oticon Intent improved systems in comparing of predecessors and with speed understanding? And can anyone who actually use that pair to share opinion of overall of that approach(CROS) and efficiency?

I use a PX with a More 1 on my hearing side, and I'm wondering how the CROS transmitter's battery life compares when it's paired with the Intent — mine lasts about 9–10 hours on a full day. For those who made that switch, did you notice any change?
