Would anyone be able to tell me if the program would allow me to link my aids together as a pair? they’re both Ruby 1 minirites but have recently stopped working in tandem.

What program? Or do you mean the software, if so yes you could “reprogram” them, but it’s unlikely to be the “issue” as something else is happening, what do you see in the Oticon App, you’ll see them as a pair right?
So your saying you no longer hear the programs or volume clicks?

sorry, yes I meant the software. In the Oticon app I can pair just one aid or the other but not both. It won’t recognize them both as a pair, nor will it let me pair them separately at the same time. This has happened before with an older set I had and it turned out they weren’t programmed as a set. My audiologist fixed it for me so I was wondering if I might try the same with this software

Ok well that’s a bit strange not to program them together, but regardless, yes you can program them as a pair in genie software, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well, read the user guide as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, it’s all pretty easy to do, but please do some research before jumping in, anything your not sure about just ask, there’s plenty of Oticonians doing projects.

Hello,
I have some Phonak Lumity70, but I’m not satisfied with them. (I had the possibility to test the target software with a Nohalink wireless)
I want to try some Oticon real 2, but before, I would like to check the software and possibilities for fitting the Oticons.
I wil receive the Nohalink wireless in the next few days,.
Could someone give me the link to download Genie for the Oticons ?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, great you already have experience with programming your hearing aids, going from Phonak to Oticon is quite a difference, hopefully you’ll like them over the L70.

Welcome to the forum, sure but you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device for your projects.
Make sure you read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
