Oticon Genie 2 2024.1 won't update

The subject says it all. I can invoke Help > Check for Updates, but nothing happens when I do. Any suggestions, since I know that the latest version is 2025.1.

No problem, but I will say it does seem to take quite a few times before it does update, shut your PC down (not a reboot but a complete shut down) then start PC and open Genie2 then try again, you can use the the genie updater and force it to check directly, I’ve noticed these updates seem to be country dependant, USA and UK seem to get them first.
