Oticon Genie 2 Download to configure battery

I’m not sure were to download the software for my oticon real. I tried to find the guides which are mentioned in some coments, but I can’t find them, like those are not pinned, so I’m not sure what to do. I need to configure my new battery.

Hi there, great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides before starting plus you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well, yeah the battery replacement is pretty straightforward as well.
