Hi there, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well for your DIY projects.

Hi, I have Oticon Sage hearing aids as prescribed by the NHS (UK).
Does the Genie 2 software support these?
If so, would I need the Noahlink for programming?
Please send me a link for Genie 2 download.

Hi there, they should be able to be programmed, they’ll use Genie and the Noahlink wireless as they have bluetooth, the only thing is its possible you may a “code” to do so, NHS models are sometimes locked out with a code, @Zebras could know the code.

I don’t have the code for this Sage.
Unlike Phonak, the code that I have, only adds the Oticon Engage, it doesn’t add the Sage even when you update the software.

I’ve updated to 2025.1, but Sage is still not listed in the drop down menu.
Seems like a dead end for me?
Is there still a way to check for firmware updates without the Noahlink?

As zebras mentioned you’d need the code to “see” and connect to Genie2, have you tried the App for firmware?

The app says no firmware update, but from reading feedback here, the concensus seems to be that their audiologist has access to firmware updates, whereas the app doesn’t highlight any.

Sure, great your giving a go as you have the Noahlink wireless on the way and (hopefully the code) I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Hi tenken…I just acquired a pair of Oticon Real 1 ’s, along with a Noahlink wireless 2 programmer. Is there a current download for the Genie2 software available?

Hi there, I’m also new to the forum, and have ordered a Noahlink to adjust my Oticon Xceed 1 UP. I would be grateful for a link to the Genie software, and a pointer to where I can read through the technical advice here on the forum
Many thanks!
