After many setups with the audiologist I’m finally ready to set up my hearing aids (Oticon OPN1) by myself. I have a question about removing the battery doors. Can anyone tell me how to remove them correctly? Is there a precise movement I need to make?

Yes there is. The hinge end needs to come away from the face plate in a perpendicular direction with the drawer only very slightly opened. If you pull the fully opened drawer, you’ll stretch the hinge loop.
