I’m a first time hearing aids user. I have Oticon intent one for five months. I use the Companion app. When my iPhone calls, I just hear out of one ear. Is that correct? Thank you.

I have that feature enabled and I am hearing messages through both aids. However, I have Oticon Reals and iPhone 14. The firmware in the Reals are at the latest version, 1.1

You may have already tried: Settings/Accessibility/Hearing devices then under “MFI hearing Devices tap arrow > at the top you should see two battery charge level icons and beneath that “Stream to right hearing device” and beneath that “Stream to Left hearing device” be sure both of those are on.

It’s common for the aids to drop one ear if there’s legacy pairing or connection issues. Sometimes it happens when the phone has updated itself but user hasn’t run a reset, or the hearing aid firmware needs updating too.
