Yesterday my Oticon Intent 2 right hearing aid started looping. It would power down, reboot, stay on for a few seconds, power down, reboot ..... Placing it in the charger case does not fix the problem.
My audiologist said I am her third call today on this issue. Does anyone have a solution? I have been running firmware 1.4.0 for about a week now.
